1. Definitions

"Beneficiaries" are individuals or entities seeking donations in kind. "Campaigns" are fundraising initiatives listed on the platform. "Donors" are users making contributions. "Materials" are tangible goods being donated. "Platform" refers to www.UnnyanPathFoundation.com and associated services.

2. Scope of Services

We facilitate donations in-kind via campaigns posted by beneficiaries. Donors select materials and donate through our platform. These are procured and delivered by associated Trusts.

3. Campaigns

All campaigns must provide truthful and accurate information. We reserve the right to reject or suspend campaigns if found misleading or in violation of applicable laws.

4. Donations

Donations are made to designated Trusts and are non-refundable unless debited multiple times due to a technical error. Trusts handle procurement and delivery of selected materials.

5. Use of Platform

Only users aged 18 or older may access our services. Donors outside India may donate only through FCRA-registered Trusts. Users must not misuse the platform or engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned or licensed by UnnyanPath Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform, services, or content.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform or breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
